Interview
The interview process at Genesis starts with a phone screen with the development manager, then an onsite interview that lasts about three to four hours. The on site interview is broken up into one hour chunks where you meet with different groups of people from other devs to managers to QA people. There is a small amount of technical questions, but mostly it's a free form long interview.
