The interview process at Genesis starts with a phone screen with the development manager, then an onsite interview that lasts about three to four hours. The on site interview is broken up into one hour chunks where you meet with different groups of people from other devs to managers to QA people. There is a small amount of technical questions, but mostly it's a free form long interview.

There are two rounds both are technical. They ask basic questions. After that managerial round. They also ask analytic questions. HR is very Friendly and cooperative. They will encourage us for moving forward.
