Concord Foods interview questions

Coming in and leaving were the WORST parts. I was not expected but rather was seen like an intruder. I was given a visitor sticker, and it was demanded that I put it on, which is fair. But when I left, they demanded to have it back as if I was going to secretly return on my own... I had five 1:1 interview sessions. The QA and Production Managers seemed great. The majority part of the interview was them explaining to me as to what was expected of me for this position. I was given a lot of opportunity to ask questions, so make sure you have TONS of questions ready. The last interview was with the HR Manager. She was very rude to me. She did not let me finish answering questions. She kept asking what was the difference between me and a Technician even though I have a Masters Degree in Food Science and I'm currently a QA Technologist. She seemed to disbelieve that I was capable of being a Technologist. She was extremely condescending. Is it because I am African American? I don't know... And for the whole morning meeting, I was not offered any water.
