The interview was pretty extensive. She asked me lots of questions pertaining to my previous work experience and what I was used to. She then asked how much I was used to making and what to expect working there. They do look at where you came from to see if you can handle the job you’re coming into. The GM and AGM were extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable during the interview.
