Laid back and personable. I actually showed up at the wrong location and the manager there just decided to interview me on the spot anyway. I was hired on the spot. One of my favorite things about working at Condados is that the management feel like a part of the team and like they're there to help you. I got that feeling from the initial interview.

Easy going. Nothing you wouldn’t get at any other restaurant. Easy standard questions. Felt friendly and the staff was nice, while getting me situated. I’m still waiting to hear back, but seems promising

Sat down at the store and was interviewed by the hiring manager. Was asked basic questions like why I want to work there, availability and if I had any experience in the field.

The interview was very relaxed! Managers are very warm and welcoming. I was asked if I had any past experience serving and if I had any prior experience using Toast system. They walked me through the onboarding process at the end of the interview!
