Interview
First Interview was with two employees instead of talent acquisition or HR. This is good and should be considered by other companies that offer tech related positions. The first interview already included a small technical challenge, which was a 15 minute coding exercise. Overall the atmosphere was good and the interviewers were all very nice and open to answer any of my questions.

Beim zweiten Gespräch macht man während dem Interview eine Zufällige Codinggame Aufgabe
und für das dritte Gespräch eine Todo App programmieren (entweder frontend oder backend API Schnittstellen)
