I submitted a resume and about a month later I recieved a phone call for an interview. The interview was conducted by the DON and a person from managment. They asked about my work history and a few traditional interview questions. A couple of days later I received a letter offering me the job. I then had to fill out an extensive background check and I was cleared to work in the jail temporarly. 3 months after working full time I was called to schedule an interview with the background investigator. The interview was approximenly 2-3 hours where the investigator went over every detail that I had submitted in the paper work and had followed up on every place I had lived in the past, past emplyment, schools, etc. At the end of the interview the investigator had me log into my facebook account and then leave the room.
