I had a one on one phone interview after submitting resume and cover letter. The manager clearly knew what he was looking for and was able to see how my skills and experience could easily apply to the role. The in-person interview was half direct questions and half explaining the company culture, job requirements and vision for the future. This was exciting as I could easily see where I fit in. This company hires for current positions and for future promotions so lots of future facing questions were asked.
