Although the phone interview was short, it was very informative and helpful, interviewee was able to answer all my question and explain the different roles and responsibilities of the different open/hiring positions. Pay

There were two interviews. One over Zoom and one in-person. Interviewers were very friendly and it was not intimidating. Zoom interview was 20 minutes, in-person interview one hour with a tour included.
- Lots of personality questions (words to describe you, words a supervisor has described you, words a friend would describe you as), basic strength and weakness questions, experience working with parents in the room
