Phone Screen followed by another skype call with the analytics team. Overall was a positive experience. The positive about this company was that they have an open culture in terms of analytics tools being used, not being restrictive to certain limited tools. From the interaction, there was clearly an opportunity to learn and grow especially in actuarial analytics. They were patient to answer a lot of questions regarding the company and in general The only drawback was that neither the job posting nor the team was not sure whether this was a summer internship or a fall internship.
