Incredibly enjoyable! Every person I interviewed was super nice and easy to talk to. I really got the impression the people working there cared both about the company and the employees. The interview process involved an online assessment followed by two technical interviews and an HR interview. The assessment and first technical interview could be done in a number of languages: C++ and Java are two that I remember. The final technical interview was to see how you think as you had to complete a flow chart/box chart for a given scenario (you had an hour to prepare). While I didn't end up taking their offer this was due to the distance as their office is a little out of the way compared to other companies and I was unwilling to relocate.
