Consult Search & Selection interview questions

The interview process for a Consult involved a phone screening, a Teams, competency-based interview, and psychometric tests. It assessed communication, sales ability, adaptability, and relationship-building skills. I ended up doing extra stages.

Excellent interview experience! Tanya took me through the 3 stage process, preparing me before each stage on what to expect as well as what I could present that would strengthen my application. She then fed back honestly to me afterwards and encouraged me throughout. My interactions with Tanya were very genuine and I felt like I could trust her to do the best for me internally.
