Different. I was interviewed by two people who were at best a little familiar with the job I was applying for. The two seemed surprised that I knew as much about the position and the process as I did. They both stated that they had as much or more experience which I soon discovered wasn't true. During this interview, they spoke more about what they accomplished than what they were expecting me to accomplish. One of the two was sincerely happy that I knew what I did and expressed their satisfaction with suggesting me for the position. The interview was lighthearted and comfortable with the departing person having great people skills. The interviewer remaining had a great sense of humor and often made light of the job's difficulties.
