Phone interview corporate HR- reviewed job description and organization history/general information, was asked about employment history in relation to desired position, discussed "virtual" office and equipment to be used in virtual setting, briefly reviewed benefits, told to expect phone call from home office supervisor to set up next interview Face to face interview- interview with supervisor and 2 current care managers (one nurse, one social worker), supervisor read from a list of questions as the care managers followed along, all took written notes during interview, discussed virtual office policy, situational questions, "what would you do" scenarios, advised that next contact would be from corporate HR Phone call from corporate HR- job/wage offer

Smooth, quick response, friendly staff, good communication about hiring process, met with HR rep and then office supervisor. Usual interview questions about strengths, weaknesses, and some scenarios. Had opportunity to ask questions and received honest answers.
