I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Convoy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Phone screen followed by some homework that took about an hour, and then an in-person interview at the office in Seattle.
The homework seemed like a fair and brief assessment of skills needed for the position. The in-person interview was very uncomfortable in my opinion. The email from the recruiter stated that someone would escort me to the conference room upon arriving at the Convoy floor, but when I got off of the elevator no one was there. I had no idea where to go and just waited for a while. Someone finally came over and showed me the proper room but by then I already felt uncomfortable. The interview questions were very open-ended and the interviewers provided no feedback or response to my answers, which was also uncomfortable. After interviewing with multiple companies recently, this one sticks out to me as being the most awkward, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable.

Interview
Everyone did a great job with letting you know where you are in the process. It was very smooth and informative. Interviewed with HR, department manager, team members within that department, and one team member from other department to provide unbiased opinion.

Interview
There were multiple phone interviews and then a 2 hour in person interview where I talked to different people for about 30 minutes each. I was offered a job about a week after. They were on top of letting you know that they had not forgotten about you.
