CookUnity Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement interview questions

Applied online, then had a 30 minutes call with HR. After that, got a call scheduled with a Hiring Manager where the interviewer did NOT show up. No heads up, no explanation afterwards after my follow-up, just completely ghosted me. A week after, I got an email from a recruiter asking how the interview went, and after my inquiries on what happened and if the call can be rescheduled, got ghosted again. It's baffling to me that this happens in 2025. I absolutely do not recommend even applying to a company with such poor work ethics and a broken chain of communication.
