Applied online and was contacted for a video interview in mid-January 2026. The video interview itself went smoothly—standard questions about experience, technical skills, and fit for the role. After that, complete silence for weeks despite multiple follow-up messages from me to check on status. Finally heard back in mid-March that the position had been filled in mid-February. No updates or communication in between, which felt very unprofessional and left a poor impression of their candidate experience. Overall, the interview was fine, but the lack of timely communication and ghosting after investing time is disappointing. Would not recommend based on this process.
