(Positive) Professional and polite Talent Management Team, (Negative) Ghosted by the hiring manager after the interviews:
After few rounds of interview, the hiring manager mailed me stating that they are looking for another profile although they have not asked or challenged me with "good" questions. The job description was changed during 2 months of a hiring process.
Initially I turned down the offer for interview simply because I thought it was not a good match for my background & what I am looking for as next step. After sometime they came back by saying that they changed the job description and my profile matches with their new expectations from the role, and I said ok (that often happens in growing companies, so it was not necessarily a red flag for me).
Fast forward, after the interviews I asked for a short and crisp feedback knowing that hiring manager might be very busy, but I was -politely- ghosted,
I am coming with 14-years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and fully aware that hiring teams can be shy from providing feedback from time to time but in my case (headhunter & them insisting me to get involved in to the process), I particularly find not answering nor providing a tangible rational a bit unprofessional.
