      Implementation Consultant Interview

      May 17, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Calgary, AB
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Copperleaf (Calgary, AB) in May 2022

      Interview

After a brief phone interview with HR, I was provided with a request to complete a 2-3 hour case study exercise. During the telephone interview I was asked to summarize some of my more recent past experience and go into some detail about some of the positions I have held.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I did not feel spending 2-3 hours on a case study in this highly competitive job market to prove something that is already more than proven on my profile and experience was a quality use of my skills and time, or that of any other prospective employee.

      Implementation Consultant Interview

      Jan 23, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Sydney
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Copperleaf (Sydney) in Sep 2021

      Interview

Drawn out hiring process of 2+ months where hiring manager would follow up by text if I didn't respond the same day but also would go silent for weeks at a time. They would also message out of hours and on weekends which seemed reason for concern on work life balance. Process involved pre-screening call, phone interview, take home assessment, 2x video interviews with the local team, a video tutorial/case study interview and finally a presentation on a past project. Process required over 20 hours of prep/interviews but never received and final feedback or closure about the position.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Take home assessment with 2x case studies. How you would advise executive level management on resourcing and how you would advise a ski resort to maximise profits while considering target market/competition.
      Answer question

      Question 2

Case study interview on how you would approach an infrastructure company for initial briefing and background information
