Got referred thru a recruitment agency. The process was short and handy. Roundw 1 - Technical discussion related to projects, basic python django questions Round 2 - Managerial, In depth system design question related to scaling problems Round 3 - HR discussion, about the offer, Had discussion of offer with HR, but then he blew up and didn’t shared the offer afterwards.
