Question 1
Name a time you have dealt with a difficult conversation.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cordant Group (Edinburgh) in Mar 2017
Interview
Very easy going, trying to see what kind of personality you have, very good interview style. Both asks questions and talks about the job in general. Super friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cordant Group (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screen, video interview and then an on-site where a small NodeJS web app was to be demonstrated. Very basic and technical capability expectation seemed low. The whole process was very relaxed but I found it quite disorganised and at times unprofessional.
Took HR a month after the interview to send through an offer properly. Wasn't happy that I was asked to sign a letter of intent to work for them before they even made a formal offer (I refused to sign).
