Interview
First Human resource interviews you. After this then you are sent to the office you are applying for and interview with there clinical manager and practice manager. After you are interview and offered a job. You have to have a background check, physical and drug test. Once this happens and you pass then you have orientation.

Interview
It is very formal and professional. The interview takes place in a large room with an equally large table. Two to three interviewers sit across the table from you- each with their own questions. They all take notes of your answers. Dress very professionally and smile a lot- make appropriate eye contact and be honest if you don’t know how to answer one of their questions. Come prepared with your own research of the company and position you are applying for and if you really want to blow their socks off, have your own set of questions to ask them once they’ve completed their interview portion.
