The interview process was very straightforward. The leadership team was great about communicating expectations and deadlines for selecting a candidate. The follow up was very thorough and timely, they kept all promises made during the hiring process.

They asked for specific examples of past events I managed and how they were successful. The partners look for self-starter qualities in candidates so it’s important to demonstrate management experience and past history with client relationship management.
