I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cornerstone Montgomery (Rockville, MD) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied online through Indeed and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening process. My resume was sent over to a hiring manager who asked me to come in for an interview that week. In addition to the hiring manager, there were two supervisors who had open positions on their team. At the end of the interview, I was asked to wait in the waiting room, and after a few minutes, one of the supervisors asked me if I wanted the position. After a quick salary negotiation (or lack thereof), I was asked to come in the following day to begin working. Since I was unemployed at the time, that was no issue for me.

Phone interview and then an in person interview. It was all very organized and their communication was excellent. The program supervisor called me before the in person interview to see if I had any more questions about the position.
