Interview
First met with the branch manager and teller supervisor. Then met with the head of the retail division. Pretty relaxed interview overall. Both interviews for me happened on the same day but I know others have gotten a call to come in to meet with the head of retail.

Asked background in selling and cash handling and how to handle difficult customers.

Interview
I applied on my college career services website and recieved a call to set up an interview withing a few days. The interview was very professional and normal. Regualr questions were asked and the interviewers were very welcoming. I was nervous but their polite nature calmed me down instantly. A couple of hours of preparation is plenty to be fully prepared for this interview. Just one interview was required before I was offered the job.

"What would you do on a typical day to stay busy during down time?" This threw me a bit because I had never worked at a bank. Another difficult quesiton was, "Tell us about a time when you offered a suggestion to an employer to make a process more efficient and it was applied?"
