The interviews themselves were good and more of a conversational type of discussion rather than being grilled with question after question, which I find is much better for both interviewer and candidate. However, the issue that I had with the company is the disconnect between the recruiting team and management where there was no clear plan as to what the steps were. I would receive an email from the recruiter asking for availability and then hear radio silence for over 2 weeks. I was informed after a final interview that they would be making a decision within the week, but again no notice, no follow-ups or rejection email, etc. Apparently ghosted!
I was informed by the recruiter that I was the prime candidate and to let them know if I received any other job offers. I did try to keep them informed, but it did not seem to make a difference in their process, or lack thereof.
The lack of communication, lack of planning and not even having the courtesy to follow-up upon a polite request so that I could plan unfortunately turned me off from the company.
