I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Corpay (Norcross, GA) in Aug 2013
Interview
The Hiring process is a little to lack. No one was clear what the other person had done but once in the interview it was no pressure at all. They stress it all about the number and calls that it. The interview is a three step process first you get a phone interview then a face to face with a manager and lastly they call you for a small panel interview of two people which will last about 20 minutes. From their they ask you to sit with a sales person for about a hour.
Other Sales Representative Interview Reviews for Corpay
I interviewed at Corpay (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
Easy questions with competency basis, discussion around progression lead this to feel like pyramid scheme. Unclear on development but interviewers seemed like nice people. Able to provide useful insight into products on offer
I was contacted by a recruiter at FLEETCOR, she had reached out to schedule an interview. I scheduled the interview myself through the link I was sent. My meeting with her never happened. She never called, I sent a message through Indeed and then I sent a message via LinkedIn. Again no response. I found this incredibly unprofessional. If you are unable to make it to a meeting you should reach out to the person, if you made a mistake and you missed the appointment, again you should reach out. I was completely ghosted. I blocked this time out to meet with her, I arranged other meeting to make this work. Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated
