I sent the CV directly with the branch manager and a month later I had a phone interview with him to verify basically the info on the CV, trainning and past experiences. Then I got an appointment for another interview at his office with him and the project manager. Same straightforward questions, more detail and they explain the way the company works.

I applied and got the job. It took me two try to get hired in because I had commencements the first time they called, I met at the St Louis office.
