I submitted an application online and was contacted via email approximately one week later for an interview with the COO. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and ended with him thanking me for my time and inviting me back for a second round interview with him and other members of the team. The COO stated that he'd look into their calendar and get back to me with days and times that worked for them. He asked that in the meantime I forward my list of references to him so he'd have them on hand and could reach out to them following my second round interview. Per his request, I forwarded him my references and then I never heard back. Over the course of 2 weeks I followed up via email three times and via phone once and never heard back from Cotopaxi. I love the company (their mission, their products, their culture - everything) but was very unimpressed with the way COO handled my interview process and felt it was quite unprofessional.
