Quick interview with 'important people', notified within an hour or so of acceptance or being declined. Afterwards, nearly everyone was accepted - they asked you to come out on a trial run, with one of the current employees, all trying to avoid the question on pay rate etc. If they like the look of you, they will recommend you to 'represent the company'.
