Call from HR and talked about the job. They asked me to come in for an interview and it was a pleasant, easy going experience. Received a call back the very next week.

They ask why you want to work at the Bank, and will want you to provide examples for each question they ask. Some questions geared to make you think.

Interview
20 minute phone interview, then an in person interview with 2 hr personnel at the main office. They were running behind with interviews. I feel there were to many candidates. Not big people friendly!
