Country Fire Authority interview questions

Interview process used STAR method. the Panel was welcoming and were helpful through process. They followed a standard process and was straight forwarded. Was called back in a timely manner and given positive feedback.

Straightforward pleasant and polite. On MS teams. Interview was punctual and kept on track. Questions were straight forward. Got a good sense of the organisation. Would apply again. Nice people on the panel who made me feel welcome
