Interview
Felt I was well qualified and indeed after a couple interviews and completing an aptitude assessment, I was supposed to meet next level of management for interviews. Tried following up multiple times with the lead and received no feedback. Zero. Maybe they filled the position, maybe I did not meet expectations on the aptitude test. Still, I would have expected some feedback or a “thank you for your interest” break up mail.
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with the CRO, progressed into a few additional virtual conversations with other members of leadership, and eventually led to a presentation. I had to present/demo software I was selling at the time.
