Covenant House Florida interview questions

One of the most thorough and intimate interviews I've experienced. First interview is one on one with HR. They really get to know you - I felt like I was close friends with the interviewer after our ~1 hour interview. Then second interview is with the position's supervisor and their supervisor, which is usually a less intimate interview, and more about how well you fit the needs of the position/team.

2 separate interviews consisted of a formal interview with human resource officer and then the second interview involved role play with the case management supervisors. Basic questions but you must know their core principles and the history of how the company came to be. Also, know the general population you will be working with.
