Everything went well and interviewer guided me very well. Introduction to the round was very clear and interviewer helped me a lot. I only had two rounds for my interview process.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews with different employees each time. Very slow process, each time waiting a week between interviews. The same questions asked in each round, didn't seem as if the majority of information got passed from one group to another. Third round was a technical interview, where they sent a code sample. They asked you to spend 4 hours reviewing the code. If you know coding standards/best practices you can identify improvements. Almost every line could use improvements, be sure to check all the files. Then there was a 1.5 hour session to explain what you found and to see if you can debug issues - so it's actually a 5.5 hour technical evaluation (too long!). They have you modify the code via different Git branches to see if you can debug the introduced bugs. I'd suggest checking out the branches before doing the live interview so you can see what has changed (note: multiple files can change). After a month in the process, they finally offered me a contract. I politely asked if they could go slightly higher on the salary and pointed out a typo in the contract. They confirmed they had sent the wrong version of the contract so they would cancel the version they sent and replace it with an updated version. They would also discuss internally if any more salary was possible. Approximately 4 hours later, they said they couldn't meet my demands and would not be sending an updated contract. I find it highly unprofessional to put someone through such a rigorous process, send them an offer and then withdraw it in under 24 hours. Highly recommend to steer clear of this company.
