I was interviewed by the CEO of the company. I was welcomed in an informal way (without even an offer of a glass of water, although I had walked here and it was a super hot day). The person in front of me had no clue about who I was and had not read my cv because he "did not believe in CV's"... The questions asked were pretty standard, and some a bit weird (see below). I asked about work/life balance policy in the company and the answer was confusing to say the least. Lastly, I was told I would get a call back in any case, and they disappeared.
