Initial interview was approximately 2 hours long with multiple rounds. After which I was invited back to “interview” with one of the owners. They ultimately offered me a position beneath the one I had interviewed for which I was wholly overqualified. When discussing salary, it was take-it-or-leave it. Being well below industry standard, I left it.
