I applied for the position online. I was called much later and asked to come in and take an assessment test, after which, weeks past without hearing anything. I got a call one morning asking if I was still interested. I said yes and was told they could only start me at 20.00@hr. I agreed. I was promised week long training sessions in Ohio paid by the company but that never materialized.
