They posted an ad regarding an available position. They responded to my resume submission within a few hours. I was invited for an interview the following day and was interviewed by two of the managers. An offer came in within a day.

Do you have any experience with a Point of Sale system?
I was called and set up a time for an in-person interview. The interview was very basic and casual-- they just want to get to know you. Dress in business casual.

Pretty straight forward most of the questions were about how you handle customers, and more just getting to know management to see if you would be a good team member
