Interview
I initially found out about the position and company on craigslist. I sent an email with my resume and a brief cover letter, and pretty quickly received a phone call. It was a brief call, that led to them setting up a time for me to come in for an interview.
I can say it was one of the more comfortable interview processes I've ever had. It was a few one-on-ones, with the office manager, the creative director, and another of the layout artists. Largely informal questions, not your typical nerve-racking interview Qs. More conversational, really - you can tell they were just trying to figure if I was someone they might enjoy working with.
The office environment is small, intimate, trendy. When I was there, it was ~20 people, and everyone is situated siting opposite each other along one long desk.
I got the job.
