Creativity Explored interview questions

Lengthy in that the whole process took about 5 weeks. The first round was a behavioral introductory call with the hiring manager. The second round was a take-home assessment. In total, there were 3-4 rounds of interviewing.

2 interviews: 1 with Executive Director then other senior staff, then with board members after being recommended by a colleague and submitting a cover letter and resume. Was in-depth and consisted of both sharing about CE and their needs and finding out about my qualifications and fit with the organization
