My interview process with Credent Wealth Management was lengthy and frustrating. Over the course of more than a month and four rounds (including online behavioral assessments), communication was sporadic and inconsistent. The process involved long periods of waiting, and it often felt like pulling teeth just to receive updates on my application status. The overall lack of transparency and timely feedback made the experience less than ideal.
I did not receive an offer but, after my experience during the final on-site round, I believe I may have dodged a bullet.
