Phone interview, pretty standard questions about previous employment and if i had any relating skills. some behavioural questions relating to how I have interacted with customers in the past. Assessment centre. 1 on 1 interview and a role play
Straight forward process with limited hoops to jump through. Explained the job and expectations in a clear and understandable way. The interviews are also conducted online rather than in person.
Get-to-know-you questions were asked. Provided with a scenario to prepare for beforehand and feedback/questions for them. Hiring process was about seeing who has the potential for development, you might not be in the industry already and that's okay. Show that you are keen to learn and want to know/develop further.

Very easy and straight forward process. They make you feel very comfortable and trying was an easy process. Working in the city is fast paced and is what attracted me to apply for this position
