Short and very basic interview with heads of company following two phone interviews - simple questions were asked, they explained the future of their company, asked about work experience. Interviewers seemed to give a different account of the role description compared to the recruiter (which makes you look incompetent when they really should've been on the same level).
Rather lengthy process was a waste of time as they don't seem to be interested in professional experience/skills, rather looking for people to play with nerf guns and focus on socialising, not getting the job done effectively.
