Interviewed with staffing agency, followed by 2 Directors. No final round, no assignment, and no technical interviews. Process was extremely fast.
However, nearing the end of the process when I noticed a lot of red flags (too fast of an interview process, lack of role clarity long-term, concern about the comments on GlassDoor here about Co-Owner abuse towards employees, and lack of supervisor clarity), when I asked some very reasonable questions, they ghosted me entirely.
Looks like they're going to have to hire someone younger with less work experience than me.
