It was simple 1) submit your reel to the HR(Vimeo link/youtube/ etc) 2) If they like it you'll receive a call. (Not a telephone interview, but studio test invite) 3) you get about 8 hours to do your test. 4) If the supervising animator sees your animation fit, they'll most likely offer the job on the spot
