I was interviewed by 3 employees for an hour. It was a fairly casual conversation, but they asked some tough questions. The beginning of the interview consisted of the interviewer providing a lot of information about the position and company culture.

Interview
Very friendly interviewer, which represents the culture of Crestmark to a tee. Mostly behavioral questions about your past experiences and resume. Only technical questions related to asset based lending. They want to know that you have done your research of the company and that you are genuinely interested in working for them.
