Very simple. All you have to do is talk on the phone with a recruiter for at most 30 minutes about personality type stuff and what you would do if a child is acting up. You also must complete an assessment to make sure you're literate at English.

They set up an online interview and I was interviewed by the Brand and Faculty Managers. They were very nice. I felt at ease talking to them and they were very open minded about my lack of actual teaching experience.
