Interview
I did the first and second round interviews. Boom Lab was professional and seemed like a good place to work. The second round interview was a group interview. I thought the project we worked on together was interesting, fun, and not too stressful.

Question 1
Group interview - we were split into groups of about 4 people and spent about 1.5 hours doing a worksheet together about helping a business improve their technology.
Start of one general recruiter with Boom Lab, then two with the client you would work at. I did not enter right after graduation from college. Most Boom Labbers joined after graduation as juniors.

Interview
Applied at a career fair and had 2 interviews within the next week! Smooth process and everyone was really helpful. It was nice to see they’re downtown office too. I had probably 4 one on one interviews and a group case study day.
