I received a phone call and promptly returned the call where I chatted with HR for roughly 30 minutes. It didn’t sound like she was well versed in the job but wanted the Director of the team to connect with me. I met with the Director roughly 2 weeks later via phone call where he dominated the phone call and didn’t really ask me any questions pertaining to my skillset or skills needed for the role. He continued to mispronounce my name and ended the call by suggesting I fly in for an interview and that they would be in touch. After attempting to follow up with HR multiple times, I stopped trying.
