      Interview

The interviewers were very nice and professional, but overall I had a very disappointing interview experience. The process included a screening call to discuss salary expectations, right to work, etc. and three interview stages. I was told I was the top candidate and even received the benefits package for review, only to learn they couldn’t make an offer due to budget issues. Budget was about $10K below my expectations—that’s not a small gap and should have been clarified much earlier in the process. It felt like a complete waste of time and showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
